Testosteron 100s JW917 crackling F3 – firework cake 100 shots 20 mm
The Testosteron JW917 by Jorge is a dynamic professional-grade firework cake designed for those who want to fill the sky with a dramatic wall of intense crackling effects. Manufactured by Jorge, a leading name in the pyrotechnics industry, this cake delivers 100 rapid-fire shots in a 20 mm calibre, flooding the night with powerful silver crackling – a distinctive effect sought after by enthusiasts and display organisers seeking a substantial and concentrated impact. With a fast-paced sequence and a significant NEC of approximately 780 g, the JW917 Testosteron stands out for its dense visual texture and energy, making it a popular feature in big finales and standout moments during larger firework displays.
Certified in the F3 category for experienced users, the Testosteron JW917 is all about maximum visual density and intensity. Instead of a parade of changing colours, it offers layers upon layers of rich, crackling chrysanth-emums, stacking the effects for an almost uninterrupted shimmer in the sky. With its brisk tempo and high shot count, the effect is relentless, immersive, and commands attention – ideal for advanced displays seeking a dominant crackling curtain.

What effects does Testosteron JW917 produce?
This firework cake is designed for a single, powerful visual statement: a thick, continuous wall of bright silver crackling that fills your field of view. The high shot count and rapid sequence mean that each new effect emerges before the previous one has faded, resulting in an almost seamless texture and a truly impressive mass effect at its climax. The dominant visual style is a shimmering, crackling chrysanthemum – perfect for those who prefer bold, high-energy finales to more varied but less dense displays. The firing is straight, ensuring maximum density and regularity in effect coverage.
What should you consider when choosing this firework cake?
Testosteron JW917 is targeted at advanced users and event organisers who value the combination of a high shot count, fast tempo, and a dense, crackling effect. Its 20 mm calibre ensures each burst is substantial, while the 100-shot sequence, fired over 25–30 seconds, creates a compact, high-impact display. The F3 categorisation means it should be handled by experienced users or professionals, and its straight firing pattern maximises the density of the wall of crackling, making it ideal for dramatic, large-scale visual effects.
Always ensure that there is enough open space and take proper safety measures when firing F3-category firework cakes. For other alternatives or different effect patterns, see our full range of firework cakes.
When is Testosteron JW917 a good choice?
Choose Testosteron JW917 if you need a rapid, visually packed crackling segment for your display’s finale or want to punctuate your show with a bold, concentrated effect. Thanks to its exceptional density and pace, it’s often selected as a powerful closing accent or combined in synchronised setups for even broader coverage in larger events, such as New Year’s Eve or public festivities.

PiroHiT Expert Tip: For shows seeking the ultimate impact, try firing multiple Testosteron JW917 cakes simultaneously – for example, placing one centre and two on the flanks to produce an extraordinary, panoramic wall of crackling silver. This technique, often used by experienced pyrotechnicians, is especially effective in finale sequences.
